777 Jiya Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Players

01 General Terms & Introduction

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Multiple accounts originating from the same IP address, device, or payment method are not permitted.
• The name and address provided at registration must match your government-issued ID.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility.
• Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to 777 Jiya immediately.

KYC Verification

777 Jiya may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may involve submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC.

03 Age Verification & Minor Protection

05 Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from 777 Jiya. Please read them carefully before submitting a request to avoid unnecessary delays.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Requests below the minimum withdrawal amount will not be accepted.
• Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity until an investigation is complete.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

777 Jiya may reject or suspend a withdrawal request for any of the following reasons: incomplete KYC, active bonus wagering requirements, suspicious account activity, suspected multiple accounts, or a transaction hold required by applicable law.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

777 Jiya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read before claiming.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. For example, if a bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement and you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you must place a total of BDT 30,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

• Certain game categories may apply towards wagering requirements.
• Some games may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward bonus wagering requirements.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.

07 Gaming Rules & Fairness

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market. These limits are subject to change from time to time. Higher bet limits may apply for VIP members.

Technical Errors

If a technical fault in a game or server affects the outcome of a round, 777 Jiya reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet. In such circumstances, the decision of 777 Jiya is final.

• 777 Jiya is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection failures.
• In live betting, odds can change instantly and a bet is not confirmed until acceptance is verified.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed in Sports Betting, bets will be settled in accordance with 777 Jiya's policy.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777 Jiya. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bots & Automation: Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to unfairly strategize against opponents.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or identities to manipulate the bonus system.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• System Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or alter 777 Jiya's software or systems.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

777 Jiya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. However, this action is typically taken under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verifiable balance before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability
